Petidoux Shipping Information
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders received before 11:50 a.m. Eastern ship the same day from our warehouse in Lee, Massachusetts, on our shipping days (Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays).
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and the destination. Your tracking information will help you follow your delivery.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or National holidays.
Once you placed your order, a tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships, which will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
International customers are responsible for paying import tax duties.
Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Petidoux cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs processing.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping is no longer offered.

Shipping Carrier
Petidoux ships most orders via UPS or DHL to the 50 USA States.
LAST CALL, FLASH , MARKDOWNS sale and any other promotional item automatically ship via USPS with a tracking number.
International shipping
Orders will ship via UPS Global Priority Mail or DHL. The total will be calculated during checkout. You will automatically be refunded if the actual shipping charge is lower than the amount that you pay.
Customs
