Please Note:


1- Merchandise purchased online from the Petidoux's website may be returned for a Petidoux's credit  or credit card refund (minus return shipping & restocking fee) only within 30 days of purchase. 

2- For a return to be accepted, the item(s) should be in original condition, not washed nor worn, with its original packaging and tags. 

3- Once the item has been inspected,  our warehouse applies a restocking fee for each returned item ($9 per item).

3- FULL refunds are not issued, except for defective merchandise we are unable to replace. 

4- In case of unwanted items, the client is responsible for shipping them back to our NY offices for inspection:

5- Petidoux's credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused Petidoux's credit is forfeited.

6-If the product is defective, we will arrange for return shipping.

7-If the item is returned for any other reasons, we are not able to offer free returns: the client is responsible for shipping the item(s) back to the address above to get a refund. 

8-"No exchange & No return" policy on items on sale. No exceptions.

9-"No exchange & No return" policy on items on sale in our LAST CALL, MARKDOWNS section.

10. No return accepted on seasonal items after the actual holiday (Easter, Halloween, Christmas, 4th July) 

11- If you are not familiar with our sizing, please call us or email us to make sure you are getting the correct item/size. 

12- We apologize but we are unable to process returns for orders shipped internationally.



To make an exchange, contact us via email at customerservice@petidoux.com to specify the reason and we will send  you instructions to return the items.

Merchandise eligible for an exchange must be:

  • in its original/ like new condition

  • be un-washed and un-worn

  • in its original packaging

  • with its original hangtag.

 Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

All items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Petidoux does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion.

10% discount for new customers does not apply to items on sale.

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or missing in transit a claim will have to be filed, and once the claim is concluded and accepted we will either reimburse you or replace your order.
