With regard to overall security, we always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site.
How is sales tax calculated on orders?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in New York and New Jersey. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
What if the item I want is not in stock?
Our site keeps track of our inventory and won't allow you to purchase items that are not in stock. You will also be able to leave your email if an item is not available, and you will be notified automatically when the item is back in.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
Items placed before 11am Eastern Time will ship out the day of ordering from our warehouse in New Jersey. All other orders will ship out the next business day. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping (USPS under $200, UPS Ground over that amount) unless specified otherwise. Once shipped, items are generally delivered within 5 business days, depending on your location. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships, which will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Can I edit or modify my order after it has been submitted?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping team and therefore you cannot add or remove items.
What is the cost to ship within the US?
Orders under $100 will ship for $10, whereas orders over $120 will ship free of charge via UPS Surepost. Promotional items (LAST CALL, flash sale) automatically ship via USPS.
Can I have my order sent to an address different to my billing address?
Yes, you can. When filling out the billing and shipping pages, just specify where you would like something sent. However, we cannot accommodate multiple shipping addresses at this time. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. However, should you like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
Can you ship outside the U.S.A.?
Yes we do. Orders are ship via USPS International Priority Mail. The total will be calculated during checkout. You will automatically be refunded if the actual shipping charge is lower than the amount that you pay.
Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer. Petidoux cannot be held accountable for any delays in shipping due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
To make a return, contact us via email at email@example.com to specify the reason, and we will give you instructions.
Merchandise purchased online from our Petidoux website may be returned for a Petidoux credit (minus original shipping and handling fees) within 30 days of purchase if in original condition and in original packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace.

If the product is defective, we will arrange for return shipping.
If you are returning it for some other reason, you will need to pay the cost of shipping it back to us. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

How much time do I have to use my store credit?
Petidoux credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused Petidoux credit is forfeited.

We started Petidoux to provide soft and beautiful pajamas for children, while keeping them easy to care for parents. We design all our prints, adapted old patterns for modern comfort at our atelier in New York, and sourced fully-integrated manufacturing partners in Peru.

Our pajamas are snug-fitted because we strictly follow US regulations on children sleepwear to protect our little ones.
C.F.R. Parts 1615 & 1616, states that " children pajamas must be flame-retardant or snug-fitted".
We make our pajamas snug-fitted in order to offer our customers the softest natural fiber.
Our luxuriously soft Pima cotton, without any chemicals or synthetics, comply with snug-fit measurements put in place by the US Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Although it may be necessary to size up for most children, you can be certain that your child is safe in our sleepwear.
