Return & Exchange


To make a return, contact us via email at customerservice@petidoux.com to specify the reason, and we will give you instructions.

Merchandise purchased online from our Petidoux's website may be returned for a Petidoux's credit (minus original shipping, handling fees) only within 30 days of purchase if in original condition and in original packaging.

Our warehouse applies a restocking fee for each item returned ($4 per item).

Full refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. 

Petidoux's credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused Petidoux's credit is forfeited.

If the product is defective, we will arrange for return shipping. If you are returning it for some other reason, you will need to pay the cost of shipping it back to us. 


Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Petidoux does not extend price adjustments or
partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification.

To make an exchange, contact us via DM, live-chat or email at customerservice@petidoux.com to specify the reason and we will send  you instructions to return the items.

Merchandise eligible for an exchange must be:

  • in its original/ like new condition 
    • be un-washed and un-worn
    • in its original packaging
    • with its original hangtag.

     Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges.

      We apologize but we are unable to process exchanges for orders shipped internationally.
